Features and Applications

Actmix IS90-65GE F500 is a pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and diene synthetic rubbers. Compared with ordinary sulfur, it is easy to disperse in rubber compounds, does not bloom, and does not penetrate into adjacent rubber layers. This is because it contains at least 90% modified polysulfur that is insoluble in carbon disulfide and other solvents. It is suitable for various occasions requiring storage, rubber bonding and interlayer adhesion. After mixing, it can avoid sulfur migration and blooming, thereby maintaining the storage safety of the rubber compound. To prevent insoluble sulfur from prematurely converting into soluble sulfur, it should be added just before the end of mixing, and the sulfur addition temperature should not be too high.

Dosage: 1-5 phr depending on the application characteristics
Applications: Medical bottle stoppers, tires, conveyor belts, tire retreading, rubber hoses, sealing rings, rubber rollers and other industrial products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 750kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended product shelf life is one year.
